Hello, I'm Den.

Senior Systems & Infrastructure Architect

My journey in systems engineering began with compiling FreeBSD and Linux kernels, configuring Sendmail servers and writing network daemons in C and Perl. From managing bare-metal racks and first-generation blade chassis, I've progressed to designing distributed highload platforms, eBPF observability, Rust-based high-throughput microservices and autonomous AI agent architectures.

Engineering Timeline (2003–2026)

2003 — 2008: The Unix, Bare-Metal & C/Perl Era
Systems Administration and Networking Foundations

FreeBSD 4/5, Linux 2.4/2.6, IP stack tuning, iptables, BGP/OSPF routing, custom kernel builds, and high-performance socket servers in C.

2009 — 2016: The Virtualization, Highload & Database Era
Database Scaling & 10G Infrastructure Transition

MySQL and PostgreSQL sharding, InnoDB buffer pool internals, Redis/Memcached clusters, Xen/KVM hypervisors, and diagnosing complex replication incidents.

2017 — 2022: The Cloud-Native, SRE & Rust Era
Container Internals, eBPF & Zero-Allocation Systems

Kubernetes internals, cgroups v2, kernel profiling via perf and bpftrace, adopting Rust and Go for zero-allocation, mission-critical infrastructure daemons.

2023 — 2026: Modern Protocols & Autonomous AI Agents
TCP BBR v3, Local LLM Inference & Agent Platforms

Model Context Protocol (MCP), GGUF/AWQ local model quantization, orchestrating distributed autonomous agent loops with code verification, and BBRv3 congestion control.
